Subscription Billing

Coach Chief offers subscription based services for coaches, trainers, and organizations.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring billing according to your selected subscription plan.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations will stop future recurring charges, but previously charged subscription fees are generally non refundable.

Platform access may continue until the end of the active billing period.

Refund requests may be considered on a case by case basis for:

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment within 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.
